On April 5, 2017, Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued Announcement of Approving Qualification and Quality for the 3rd batch of Construction Companies by Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (Announcement No.1510 of Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development), in which Hangzhou Xiaoshan Jiangnan Gardening Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangnan Gardening), subsidiary of China Greenland Broad Greenstate, was granted the first level qualification of municipal public engineering contractor. It recognized not only the strength and result of Jiangnan Gardening, but its technology and quality as well. In the future, Jiangnan Gardening will help the group to further open the municipal public engineering market, and foster new economic growth to lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the group

  Mr. Wu Zhengping, Chairman of the Board and President of China Greenland Broad Greenstate remarked that the new first level qualification and the first level qualification of city gardening greenery enterprise would strengthen the group’s comprehensive capability in landscape gardening, ecology tourism, municipal engineering, effectively improve the overall implementation in large scale municipal public project, push the whole industry development into the fast track and accelerate the industrial upgrading.
